Accessibility
GizmoBuyer aims to make electronics buying advice easy to access and understand for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our approach
Our accessibility goal is to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines help make websites more usable for people with different visual, hearing, movement, and cognitive needs.
As we develop the website, our priorities include readable text, clear headings, sufficient color contrast, meaningful link labels, useful image descriptions, and navigation that works with a keyboard.
Current status
GizmoBuyer is still being developed. We have not completed a comprehensive accessibility audit, so we cannot claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA.
Some content or features may need improvement. Third-party services and retailer websites linked from our articles may also have accessibility limitations.
